7 Days a Week from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Day Spa appointments must be finished by 8:00 PM. Overnight guest appointments must be finished by 10:00 PM. The length of your treatment time will determine the lastest start time available.
Our Spa is a sanctuary of beauty, relaxation, and rejuvenation. To maintain this tranquil environment, we ask that you are respectful of others’ privacy, speak softly, and deactivate any disruptive communication devices, such as cell phones or pagers.
Warning: Spa Robes Ahead
Inn and Spa at Parkside are robe-friendly zones. We will provide you with a robe and slippers to wear while visiting our spa facility. We suggest you bring comfortable easy-to-change clothing. You will be given a spa sack in which to store your clothes and personal belongings. We suggest you leave valuables at home or in your guest room. Your provider will be happy to check your belongings into the office or you can keep them with you. We are not responsible for lost items.
During your treatment, it is recommended that you experience body services without clothing. Our therapists are professionally trained and will ensure a level of comfort by appropriately draping areas of the body that are not a focus of the treatment.

Special Health Considerations
If you have health concerns or are pregnant, please be sure to notify our spa staff when booking your treatment. Our Coneicerge Staff can offer guidance as to which treatments will be the most beneficial and those that should be avoided due to physical limitations or sensitivity. Many existing or recent medical conditions and certain medications may prevent our ability to provide any Spa Services. Please alert our Staff to any medical conditions when you are booking your appointment. Expectant mothers cannot receive massage in their first tri-mester.
Excessive consumption of alcohol prior to spa services is not recommended.
Shaving is not recommended prior to any treatments or hair removal services. For most waxing services, hair should be within 1/8 to 1/4 in length. It is recommended that men shave prior to a facial treatment at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Whether it is the room temperature or the level of massage pressure, please communicate your preferences with the therapist so that he or she can make your treatment a special experience.
We provide massage for the purposes of relaxation and pampering in a non-sexual atmosphere. Please feel free to request either a male or female therapist for your treatment and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that due to our intimate size and limited number of of service providers, we cannot guarantee the gender request. In the case of couples treatments, it is likely that there will be one male and one female therapist assigned to the treatment.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to experience a spa treatment.
Your feedback is essential to the continuing success of our business. We encourage you to let our Staff know how your experience was during your visit and please feel free to post an online review! If your experience at our spa facility has not met your expectations, we request that you speak with the manager before leaving the facility. If unavailable, please feel free to call the spa to discuss the issue at a later date.
To make an appointment you can call our Concierge at 916-658-1818. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation. We suggest making appointments in advance; however, we will try our best to accommodate same day appointments. Please notify the Concierge of any medical conditions or special needs that may affect your treatment.
Our COncierge Staff is available by phone from 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM.
Due to our intimate size, cancellations significantly affect the quality of services we provide. Our cancellation policies are consistently adhered to. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for individual appointments. Spa Parties require a 3 day cancellation policy. Because our Spa Staff are not on premises unless booked on a specific appointment, we must charge in full for any changes or cancellations made less than 24 Hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. This allows time to check in, fill out necessary paperwork, consult with your therapist and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals shorten the duration of the service.
Refunds, Gift Certificates, Series, and Products
Gift Certificates, Corporate Reward Cards, and Series Purchases are non-refundable. Products or accessories can be returned for replacement or spa credit when accompanied by a receipt within 30 days. For gift certificates, please remember that your guest may feel uncomfortable leaving a gratuity for a gift. It is common to include gratuity within the gift but not mandatory.
Gratuity and Service Charges
It is common to leave a gratuity for service providers. It is not necessary but is greatly appreciated. May we suggest 15% to 20%. All spa parties will have an automatic gratuity of 18% added.
